For those of you who have previously participated, there is a small rule
change. The required time lengths have changed slightly. In order to
help focus and tighten the films, the length has been slightly decreased.
The films must now run between Four and a half (4:30) and Five and a half
(5:30) minutes. The additional titles and credits may now total only
thirty seconds. The grand total time limit is now six minutes.
